Graduation from an accredited
School of Perfusion.
Familiar with membrane
oxygenators as well as intra-aortic balloon pumps, ventricular assist and blood
salvaging devices.
Demonstrate ability and skill
in the management of organizational change and continuous quality improvement
processes.
