Description
Applicant performs clinical perfusion for OHSU and PVAMC. Providing patient care for all cardiac procedures, liver transplants and trauma. POCT, Autotransfusion, IABPs, VADs, including patient transportation, equipment maintenance, quality control, data entry, and proctoring of students/ ancillary staff. Familiarity with Epic, Thoratec, Heartmate, Centrimag, Abiomed, Datascope IABPs, Gem Premier, Medtronic HMS, CATS autotransfuser, Quest MPS cardioplegia system, Terumo System one, and general computer skills are preferred. Research is an essential part of OHSU with departmental support of new and ongoing projects. Call responsibility required and shared equally among staff.
Qualifications
Required: Certification by ABCP as a Clinical Perfusionist, Bachelors Degree. Cardiopulmonary Bypass, Point of Care, Sterile Technique, Data management, VADs, IABP, Autotransfusion, Quality Management, Effective Communication. CCP
Schedule and Salary Range
1.0 FTE; Salary Range: $85,200-136,400/year; Location: Marquam Hill
