Penn Presbyterian Medical Centers Perfusion Department is seeking full-time Perfusionist to work collaboratively with the Perfusion Department Director to provide patient care within the scope of practice of the perfusion service.

Successful candidates will be accountable for ensuring that perfusion clinical practices, and perfusion technical and clinical education, as well as perfusion research are conducted within UPHS standards. Other duties will include assisting with the evaluation of equipment and techniques for implementation into clinical practice and working with the Department Manager to meet the human and material needs of the department and institution, on a short and long term basis. You will also serve as a resource for perfusion information and assist with management of Human Resources and Quality Improvement functions within Department.

Must be a graduate of an accredited perfusion program; Bachelors degree preferred. Must also be a Certified Perfusionist by the American Board of Cardiovascular Perfusion (ABCP) or eligible to take the ABCP exams.
