We are accepting resumes for
an experienced Perfusionist in the Children’s Medical Center to become the
fourth member of an existing hospital based team. The ideal candidate will have
at least 2-5 years of pediatric perfusionist experience. As a member of the
team, you will experience: cardiopulmonary bypass, rap, blood conservation, V-V
V-A muf, paperless charting, centrifugal pumps, ecmo, neonates, somanetics,
cell saver, vads, and cdi 500.
Applicants must be a graduate
of an accredited perfusion program and certified by the American Board of
Cardiovascular Perfusion and meet the statutory requirements for Georgia
licensure. Applicants are expected to be a contributing member, to be an
advocate to advance the program, and act as a resource person for physicians,
anesthesiologists, and OR personnel. The applicant must have excellent
communication skills and ability to work and act quickly under stressful
conditions. Each team member is responsible for call.
